Mystic Destinies: Serendipity of Aeons ~ Review and Guide

The Short Story
"During your first year of university, immense magical powers are forced onto you, thus revealing the supernatural world hidden within ours. But you must learn to control your powers with the help of a partner or risk destroying everything around you. Will your new fate be one of tragedy or serendipity?"

The Story
"You are an intelligent and practical nineteen-year old girl, in your first year of attending one of the best universities in Japan. A few years ago, your mother married a wealthy business owner. You plan to study hard and take his business over one day. Life can be tough at times, but it isn't complicated.
That is, until your mother takes you to her ancestral home. It's there that you learn of the supernatural world when she performs a ritual on you. You learn that you are not human, but actually a rare type of being called a homunculus. You were created in your mother's image to serve as a transfer for her curse of immortality. And apparently, her ancient and potent sorceress powers.
After your magical powers are awakened, you learn through a series of events that not only does your university hold courses for supernatural students, but that many of your classmates aren’t even human. Through your new mystical classes, you're informed about a threat to you that requires you to team up with a partner until you can get your powers under control.
Along the way, you'll both learn to hone your powers as you fight intense battles. But as the semester wears on, you'll also become closer as classmates - and maybe even lovers.
You've never needed anyone. But at the end of it all, there might just be one person you want."

Review
This game has interesting art work (realistic style), perfect music, and a great story. I cried, i smiled, i laughed, all in all i enjoyed this game a lot. It estimates 3-5 hours to complete a character, however it took way more time than that for me. It is labeled as a free game, however only the prologues are free. I do not really enjoy this set up for PC games. I prefer a one time purchase, however it does allow you to play only the routes you choose. If you purchased every character that is currently available, it comes to about $28. Some character details: Shou's route is shorter than the rest. He was your typical happy ditsy character. Tatsua the typical tsundere route.  Sinji was very closed off but polite, you do not get to know him until the end. Also, forewarning you, Sinji route has a lot of sex scenes. Takumi route kinda felt like its own game, his was a rollercoaster of emotions that had me on the edge of my seat. The only downside to this game is the pricing for me, but i still recommend this game for sure giving it a 8/10.

◆Notes
·    Each story is $5 each, epilogue is an additional $2.
·    Three main endings for each character.
·   Available through Steam for PC.
